This Is What I Learned To Do With Weird Or Scary Thoughts

We all get them; they come from some place inside of us. Before, some of them really upset me! I would try to push them away, but they only went about their business in their own time.

After YEARS of that, it occurred to me I could accept them to lessen their power over me. I practice doing that still because they still pop into my head and facing them has been the best way to address them.

How about you? Do you get weird thoughts? Is there anything you have tried to get them to slow down or stop?
