Practising daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking. My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
Today, Thursday, April 22, 2021, I am grateful for how much better I feel mentally. I see firsthand how my emotional frame of mind directly makes or breaks my surroundings. I give thanks for the peace of mind I enjoy and the excitement of returning to school and studying courses that teach me more about my chosen field.
