What are you grateful for today?
Practising daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking. My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
Today, Wednesday, April 28, 2021, I am grateful for seeing little improvements in my health, my breathing, and mobility every day. They are tiny, but they add up over time and I could not be more pleased! And I have lost a little more weight!
