What are you grateful for today?
Practising daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking. My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
Today, Saturday, May 1st, 2021, I am grateful I have lost 5.3 lbs and I cannot believe how EASY this is!! I am on the Green Plan through Weight Watchers Reimagined and I can eat ALL THE FRUIT I want and still lose weight!!!
I know I am repeating myself, but I have lost massive amounts of weight before. Twice before, actually. The first time, I lost 99 pounds following a low-fat diet. That was in the early 1990s. The second time, I lost 163 pounds, which was 50% of my body weight. I did that through weight loss hypnosis.
Unquestionably, WW is the best. Before, I lost the weight on my own. Now, I belong to a worldwide community of like-minded people who are along this same weight-loss journey that is still unique to each of us, encouraging each other and celebrating our victories! And I don’t have to give up the foods I enjoy, I can work them into my meals with simple planning.
