Today, Thursday, May 6, 2021, I am grateful for understanding why I overeat so I can gather my strength and resources to meet the needs I lack that fuel my cravings. And I am grateful for any days when my cravings are quiet so I can eat normally.

Practising daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking. My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
