Today, Tuesday, May 18, 2021, I am grateful I can set my schedule because I am struggling to get to sleep at a reasonable hour again which makes me get up really late.

Practicing daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking.
My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
