Today, Friday, June 11, 2021, I am grateful for sleeping better last night, and for not waking up several times.
My Daily Gratitude is a sizeable portion of my life I can easily blend into my recovery.

Practicing daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have
reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking.
My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
