Today, Sunday, June 13, 2021, I am grateful for gaining a better understanding so I can determine
who could be a good friend and match for me and who wouldn’t.
For many years, my unmet needs for solid, genuine friendships altered my view of people in my life and I misread other’s behavior.
Now I understand behavior better and don’t have to stay in friendships that won’t go anywhere.
My Daily Gratitude is a sizeable portion of my life I can easily blend into my recovery.
What are you grateful for today?
Practicing daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have
reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking.
My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
