Today, Friday, June 18, 2021, I am grateful for getting what I think was a better night’s sleep for me. I added a wedge pillow to my pillows to better prop up my head better.
Usually, I wake up several times a night( I think my snoring wakes me up), but I can’t remember waking up until I woke up this morning. My goal is to sleep more hours tonight.
My Daily Gratitude is a sizeable portion of my life I can easily blend into my recovery.
What are you grateful for today?
Practicing daily gratitude has changed my life. By recognizing and embracing what I have
reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking.
My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
