Today, Friday, July 2nd, 2021, I am grateful for the emailing I did yesterday with my
“Introduction to American Government” Professor because he helped me understand my studies.
My Daily Gratitude is a sizeable portion of my life I can easily blend into my recovery.

Practicing daily gratitude has changed y life. By recognizing and embracing what I have
reduced my depressing thoughts and brought much needed balance to my thinking.
My thinking is how I live, and my life is better every day.
